My experience with Taylor Law Office can best be summed up using the following adjectives in no order of priority: 1.) prompt, 2.) communicative, 3.) courteous, 4.) organized, 5.) knowledgeable in the area of business law, 6.) transparent with respect to billing detail, and 7.) professional in conduct. Taylor Law Offices ranks in my opinion high given a lifetime of experience dealing with law firms. Taylor Law Offices earn my confident recommendation.

After a terrible 16 month experience with a local attorney in Rupert, ID "D LAW" I had essentially lost hope until I was told about Taylor Law offices from a friend. Even though they were located in Boise, they still took the time out of their busy day to make me feel valued. They did one simple thing that "D law" in Rupert did not, they actually listened and tried to understand what is was the I was wanting to accomplish. After a period of phone calls, emails, and finally the court date, they were able to accomplish what I wanted done from the very beginning. After all of that, Matt informed me that since the entire retainer wasn't needed they would be mailing me a check for the difference. I have never been so impressed with a law office and will be using and recommending both Matt and Eric for all my legal needs.

Eric Taylor and Taylor law offices was very helpful in resolving an issue with a commercial account that didn't want to pay us for the services we provided. I contacted this law firm to get legal advice on a dispute. The legal assistant responded right away and was very friendly. After they assured me they handled matters like mine and set me up with one of the multiple appointment times I was offered since they didn't have a full week yet, I thought I was all set to get my concerns addressed. Two days later I get an email, not even a phone call, from their assistant saying, "I spoke with the attorney and gave him a summary of your case. Unfortunately at this time, he believes he is too busy to meet with you next week and therefore we are referring you to...". Let's just call a spade a spade shall we? I wasn't going to bring in a lot of money so I was shooed away by people who apparently couldn't be bothered to help someone that wasn't going to line their pockets. A lawyer only concerned with their own affairs and money? Shocking, truly. I was planning to retain this firm for my mother when she moves to Boise next month also but I don't choose to do business with elitist snobs who believe their time is more valuable than mine without even meeting me. Never actually got in to see these people so good luck if you try with them. Hopefully your case will get them enough money to make you worthy of their advice and time.

Matthew won the title of Man of the Year 2016 for Leukemia and Lymphoms Society because of his tenacity and desire to do good. His commitment to Idaho and love for the people is clearly well received. He had many people in his corner supporting him simply because he has shown so much support.
