I wasn’t happy to be in the position of having to declare bankruptcy. But, at a certain point there aren’t too many options left. My wife and I didn’t know what to expect or how filing bankruptcy would affect our future. Hyrum took the time to really explain everything and guide us on the best path for our situation. I was surprised to get so much personalized attention and advice. I honestly expected to hear “send us this and that (and a check) and we will file.” That would have left us with dozens of questions and feeling very uncomfortable with the situation. We aren’t wealthy people and Peterson Zeyer wasn’t making any sort of huge profit off our bankruptcy yet we still received great care and service. I believe this shows they treat all their clients with the same level of curtesy and professionalism. I would also like to say the paralegal we worked with was 100% on the ball. Really knew her stuff, followed up on emails almost instantly, and never once got annoyed by my endless barrage of questions. Having someone of that caliber is an extremely valuable asset for a law firm. Still not happy about declaring bankruptcy, but Peterson Zeyer made it as painless as it could be.
