I highly recommend Peterson Zeyer Law firm, Hyrum did an amazing job working with me thru the whole bankruptcy process. He was there every time I had a question and informed me of every step in the bankruptcy process. My case was a little different than most because when I filed my house was safe from be lost in the bankruptcy. Then while in the bankruptcy the housing market in my area started to take off then all off a sudden my house was on the process of being lost because the value of my house went up. Hyrum never stopped he worked very hard with the bankruptcy trustee to come up with a solution for me to keep my house. In the end I was successfully able to get my debt completely discharged and was able to keep my house in the process. I cannot think Hyrum enough for all the extra-long hours he spent on my bankruptcy and being there thru the whole process.

Hyrum was super helpful, not only did he explain everything to where I was fully able to understand the whole process. Filing Bankruptcy with Hyrum has completely changed my life. REALLY. I had spent all of my twenties and part of my thirties with credit so low, I couldn’t even get a credit card to attempt to rebuild it. After a couple years work with a prepaid credit card, I developed an okay credit score, but the banks said I still could not get a car loan with how bad my past credit was… My Credit Union recommended I file bankruptcy and take the time to build good credit.
