Working with Chip was a great experience! His diligence and attention to detail were amazing and he always was there to assist us whenever we had questions or just wanted to talk through something. The best part was that I felt like Chip really cared about his work (and our cause) and it wasn't just about collecting billable hours. Chip Giles flaked out on setting up an office by skipping out in the middle of the night . . . never had any explanation or apology. As for personal ethics I would look elsewhere if that is something that is important to you.
