I went through a hard fought battle with this accident and lost my beautiful mother during the process. Sarah was amazing!!! The whole office was, really. Communication was very timely! All answers were really above and beyond what they needed to be. They always made sure that we understood every step of the process. We were always kept apprised of what was going on currently with the case, what to expect next, what we were expected to provide, etc. The last thing you want to worry about when you're trying to heal and get repairs done is the financial situation of your case.
