Jim was amazing. In an overwhelming situation, he walked me through every step. He made me feel comfortable and at ease as he navigated the legal system with me. His communication with me at all times made it so I understood what was happening, what needed to happen and what will happen. I felt extremely lucky to have Jim on my side.
