Ashley took the time to understand my unique situation and clearly explained what to expect and all the options. She is the perfect blend of fierce (direct, no bs) and compassionate. She’s an attorney who TRULY keeps best interests of the family in mind - not what’s going to make her the most money. If keeping things collaborative is your aim, she should be your choice. At the same time, she knows her stuff and won’t let you be taken advantage of. Ashley limits the number of clients she takes so that everyone gets top notch communication and attention. I never waited very long for a response to email. Highly recommend!

Very professional and easy to work with.

We recently went through a very difficult legal experience with our juvenile son. We had never had any exposure or experience with the legal system and we were at a complete loss. Jim led us through it step by step and his expertise and calm demeanor were a lifesaver. He made a very scary situation a little more bearable. I would highly recommend him.

I just wanted write a review and explain our positive experience with Mr. Jim Ball attorney at law and his amazing team. I researched AVVO.com and chose several 10/10 attorneys in his field, spoke with all on the phone and finally chose him to represent my husband's case. If you want to save your time from researching then I would suggest hire this attorney for the results you are looking for in your case. during the whole process, he was caring, professional, transparent, communicative, listened to our side of the story and represented him with 100% accuracy and transparency. He was always responsive and each time he contacted us, he would take the time and showed how much he really cared about this case, which means everything. my husband's case got dismissed and all our worries literally disappeared. it was an extremely scary experience to get a ticket like that, but this amazing attorney made this journey like a piece of cake and gave us assurance to help us put our fears aside and think rationally. I am just so happy to say thank you and be out of this horrible situation that we were in the first place. Again, we live in Seattle and he is in Idaho due to the traffic violation that happened in that State, but it all went perfect and my husband joined the zoom for his court appearance. Mr. Jim Ball planned everything to the T; even trying zoom prior to court appearances to make sure Wi-Fi worked, or time difference, or even what to say ... it means a lot and thank you again!

I found myself in a situation I never thought I would be in again, I was devastated and embarrassed. I had a peer recommend Jim Ball to represent me in my case. Ashley helped me work through a very sticky divorce in which the Ex and I were not communicating at all.. she did a wonderful job in not only helping push me to gather documents and feed her information necessary, but she worked diligently against the opposing counsel as well. Well like any criminal experience they are not good to go through. But with Jim's expert help with my DUI case.He helped me through the bail process even recommended a great bond agent he explained the process with me. Did everything he could with his help we won my Als hearing Wich I had no idea about before his help resulting in keeping my driver's license.. Answered all my questions and even took some of my suggestions in accordingly to the law was pivotal through getting through all the legal stuff.. fought tooth and nail at every hearing.His knowledge of the law and the tactics of the prosecutor greatly helped in my case. He examined all the evidence and did everything he could do for my case and we took it all the way to trial..granted it was a long process but in the end we prevailed .The end result was a NOT Guilty verdict. Without his help I don't think I would have achieved that goal. I would highly recommend him for any case you have. With his help I never lost my driver's license and today I'm a free man through his dedication and hard work with my DUI case again resulting in a NOT GUILTY verdict..
