With the fear of jail and disruption of my family life , I had a public defender that didn't seem to care much about my outcome, after a quick Google search I found Nona , the initial sticker price for a competent lawyer was a shock , but in the end Nona was very informative and tough with the prosecuting attorneys. Everyone was held accountable. After a very stressful period Nona got me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for , where the public defender said minimum jail time, Nona ended the case with no jail time. He has the experience and knows the in and outs of the law , and as a plus he has close professional relationships with everyone that will be involved with your case. I can't recommend Nona enough. If you have the option to pay for representation Nona is the choice. Nona's paralegal Lisa Wilson was beyond helpful as well, constantly reminding me of my appointments and playing tag with phone calls. She was a line of communication when it was needed. And Always with a positive deminor .

We had to face a some nasty situation trying to access resources for one of adopted children. Randy was EXCELLENT and helped us through all of it. When we were threatened with a felony, Randy came to the hospital to defend us and guide us through the entire situation. I tell everyone I can that have foster/adopted children, contact Randy for your legal needs.

I cannot say enough about Nona Law. Jeff is the type of guy who shoots you straight. He isn't like other lawyers who tell you want to hear just to get you to hire them. He was straight forward and honest from the get go, which I appreciated. He is a regular guy and not pretentious like most lawyers. He knows his way around the court room and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Lisa, his paralegal is friendly, knowledgeable and always quick to respond. They are a great team who cares about their clients . thank you Jeff and Lisa.

In the past id rate my experience with lawyers as a one star, not so in this case, Jeff made sure i understood what was happening at every step of the way, both him and Lisa were very personable, witch really put me at ease through the whole process. Jeff Nona is top notch when it comes to an attorney! I have had Jeff represent me more than once and every time I can honestly say he is not one to bullshit! He is aggressive and is up front! He will tell you how it is, and is very straight forward when it comes to your case. I would highly recommend Jeff! His paralegal “ Lisa” is amazing as well! She is a great asset to Jeff’s team. They both are very well at communicating with you and keeping you posted with anything and everything going on with your case. I hope to not need their services again, but with that said I know they are there when needed.

I was referred to Pat Kershisnik through lawpoint for a free consultation offered through my job's employee assistance program. I recieved an email from a representative asking for a date/time to talk with Mr. Kershisnik. I replied back that I was available Friday, July 26th at 11:30 am for a phone consultation. After confirming the date and time they said that Pat would be calling me at that time. I did not recieve a call from Pat until 12:35pm, over an hour later. He left me a VM stating that he was scheduled to talk to me. I called him back about 10 minutes later and told him he was an hour late calling me, and instead of apologizing or explaining that maybe there was a scheduling error, he proceeded to get mad at me and told me I could find someone else to work with and hung up on me. I called him right back and started to tell him that I did not appreciate him hanging up on me and that he should not be treating potential clients that way. He then proceeded to start over talking me and telling me that if I didnt want his help then to find someone else and hung up on me a second time. At this point I had given up on calling him back but wanted to share my experience incase someone was looking to hire him. I am going through the worse time of my life with a divorce and custody looming over me and this is how Mr. Kershisnik treated me. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what, but I have never been treated so mispoorly by any company or organization such as Kershisnik Law, PLLC.
