We hired Ms. Penton to handle my wife's immigration from Canada. It only took 3 months from the time forms were filed to get her EAD, PR card, and social security card. Great experience. I strongly recommend Ms. Penton and even more strongly recommend you do exactly as she advises. We hired Ms Denise Penton for the immigration work for our monk. Ms Penton is very knowledgeable and is very thorough. She and her assistant Tomas are very proactive therefore very reliable. Together they get the work done and are very responsive. I highly recommend. Update as of February 2023: Our monk's adjustment of status has been approved thanks to Ms Penton's extensive knowledge of the Law and perseverance. In fact, we would have not achieved the same results if we were filing as self-represented litigants. Indeed, because of the length of processing time, our monk's legal status was jeopardized. Ms Penton managed to steer the case in ways to keep it in status. Kudos to Ms Penton and to her assistant Tomas for an outstanding job!
