Jared’s representation of my son, for a serious matter, was handled perfectly. And his rate was fair and reasonable. Ecstatic with the outcome which was, charges basically dismissed. He provided great legal and personal advice that helped my son relax prior to his court date. Jared knows his stuff, let him handle your case and go about your life.

If you are looking for a criminal defense or expungement attorney, look no further. Appreciate the honesty and integrity here. Although I didn't use his services to expunge some old records, he was upfront and honest about the low chance of success, educated me on the process and was extremely generous with his time. This was after receiving quotes from other law offices in Boise that would have been a waste of time to pursue. Ultimately I trusted his guidance and have decided to not pursue expungement.

Jared is delightful to work with, he makes it easy to listen and follow instructions by being very clear and concise about what I need to do. I must be the worlds worst driver, yet he always manages to assist me, with things as complex as keeping my poonts down, and as simple as paying fines and fees. We were stressed about our case and Jared responded to me on the weekend late at night and reviewed our case and the next day quickly got us some information. I felt that he was not only prompt in his response but genuinely cared about the issue and would gladly call him again in the future.

Sometime ago, I found myself in a troublesome situation while crossing Idaho on a trip. I was sacred as hell due to the issue and given that I had never been in such situation, and all the worse thoughts were eating me away. Could not sleep or eat properly and my trip was almost ruined. I tried to connect with many lawyers, but unfortunately it was Saturday. Not only Mr Martens picked my call on that day, he took his time off his off hrs, listened, consoled me,and gave me a hope to turn this around. Since I was an outsider and short on money to pay full fee within time window, he graciously told me not to worry about fee at the moment and even got the consensus from court to conduct majority of hearing/process through online medium if need be as we both were residing atleast 5 hrs away from court location. This doesnt end here, as per his suggestion, although I ended up not hiring him due to proximity to place of court, when I requested to pay atleast some consulting fees for his time and hope that he has given in those distressed moments, he refused to take it. This established my utmost respect to his work ethics. He showcased that to be a great lawyer apart from being knowledgeable, one must have empathy with clients who made mistakes in life but want to fix those and move forward. Thank you Jared! You saved me from mental hell on those 2 days.
