This review is a pleasure. John Edwards, with his excellent paralegal, Holly Anacleto, has been the blessing that my wife and I needed to get through a very stressful and confusing time. I had been involved in a bad head-on collision that resulted in a year's worth of medical and dental expenses. John advised me from the start that he needed me to take care of myself and my recovery needs, and to let him do what I had retained him to do. I had only to get myself better, and he would take care of the rest. Sure, I had input, and was regularly contacted to ensure that John and Holly had all case information as needed. But I had no worries such as contacting my own insurance company, dealing with the offending driver's insurance, etc. I knew what was going on, and clearly John knew what to worry about so that I didn't have to. It is difficult to grasp the amount of peace one gets from knowing that "all the potential accident and insurance hassles in the world" can in large part be removed by someone who gives you the comfort of knowing that you are well represented. After my accident I was contacted by 3 different law firms wanting me to sign with them immediately. It was a lot to deal with just after getting out of the hospital. Edward Holtzer law office is top notch I was in a wreck and got hurt the insurance company wouldn't help me I got behind on bills couldn't work had debit collectors calling all the time for medical bills I couldnt pay for!! i was on a 10 pound limit and not allowed to work. I had never been in a wreck before and didn't know how or what to do ,after a long search and lots of phone calls I found Edward holtzer lawyer office I was welcomed with a warm smile and homey atmosphere I felt like I was in good hands, protected in a way, and believe me I was. after a conference with Mr Edward's I was convinced he was the man that would handle my case. When I first decided I needed a lawyer for my case I called around and John actually came to my house to meet with me. At the time I was unable to actually drive due to my injury, so by the end of our first meeting I hired him to do what I knew I wouldn't be able to do because of all the laws and the company that I was dealing with. Anytime I had questions I was able to get answers in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with in the office were nice people, I have no regrets and know if they are needed in the future I can count of John to help me out. Two years ago I was in a car accident on Eagle Rd. I was injured at the accident and after going to the hospital I didn't know what to do. John and his entire staff were incredible. I personally had a very unfortunate situation as with most people if they are needing to seek out help from a personal injury lawyer. His staff and himself made the process not only bearable however also took a difficult situation and brought about the most positive result possible. I gave him the facts of the situation and was able to put it out of my mind then being able to tend to my life while him and his staff took care of the rest. I was in a horrible accident and wanted a lawyer with great knowledge. My husband and I went to several other lawyers but always felt they did not have a real understanding of personal injury or interest in me or my case.
