May be too "nice" and not forceful enough in certain cases
“Scott worked hard to gather details of the case. The case drug on for a long time with several frustrating turns of event. The result might have been more favorable had he been more forceful in pursuing witnesses and cross examining at trial. It is his nature to "play nice" ...an attribute that did not pay off in this case.”
