Steve is a great resource and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting help with criminal defense, personal injury, or wills and trusts.

Me. Minert is an amazing attorney. As with most attorneys he seems like a stick in the mud, however, he is great in presenting your case in front of the judge. He knows the law well and he knows the system. Hes not cheap but he IS more affordable than others. I have used him 4x for my stupid kids doing dumb things. I know he will do his best for you. I've retained Steve twice now to handle some personal affairs. One was an amicable divorce for which he was outstanding. Although he was my lawyer and not my wife's, I asked him to be open with her as well. He was VERY informative with her about all apsects, even to the point of pointing out areas where she should be wary (which is exactly what I wanted him to do but would not be a normal approach for a divorce). Everything went well and my wife an I are still on excellent terms, at least partially due to the honesty and integrity Steve and I both showed during this difficult time. The second time I hired Steve was to serve as my daughters lawyer in a criminal defense case. Even though we retained him way late (past some deadlines which would made her defense easier), he was able to achieve an excellent outcome for her. Steve has over-the-top integrity, is very knowledgable in law and proceedures, takes the time to explain things in great detail, and is very pleasent to work with. I will be using Steve for any future cases in which I feel the need for an attorney

I got the pleasure of having Steve represent me in a recent case. Steve is very knowledgeable at what he does. I’m not from the area so it was hard for me to take time off work to make it back into town for my court hearing. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to be dismissed from stopping work and traveling to the courthouse. He kept me informed on everything in my case help me with pros and cons of my case and what to expect from the judge as well as the prosecutor. I hope I never need another lawyer but if I do I will be calling Steve again.
