They did the best they could for me. They provided good communication, advice, and did they best they could to get me a settlement that would provide a some resolution to the work comp issues I was having. I would recommend them to anyone that is needing help.

I couldn’t of had a better experience! I was in a bad car accident and never had to get an attorney before and they were super patient with me and walked me through the entire process. They helped me seek the appropriate medical care and listen to me cry on the phone about what it happened. I couldn’t have asked to be treated any better. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. I couldn’t be more grateful for how genuine and amazing the service was.

Brion was awesome! After unexpectedly being dropped by Skaug Law he jumped in and took care of my case. He handled everything and kept me in the loop the whole time! He explained everything that was happening in detail and made sure my concerns were met. He answered messages swiftly and efficiently. Ultimately my case was settled with a better outcome then I had hoped for!

I used them in 2016, they made great promises, got everything lined up. Told me i could drop them or they could drop me at anytime at no charge. I decided to go with a different attorney and they took a third of my settlement anyway. Very misguiding and not at all what they say in the consultation. Not pleased at all. Anthony Yancey...

I had the misfortune of being hit while on my bicycle first time in Boise on a exploratory trip of Idaho. Fortunately upon returning to my motel, after being released from the hospital, Litster & Frost were next door. I solicited their assistance, this being my first experience of being in an accident away from home, ever. The staff was very friendly, informative, and cordial understanding my unfamiliarity with the process. Krissy Gilbert was there to answer or get an answer to my questions. Dan Jenkins, the attorney, was there to speak directly to me and put me at ease when I became anxious with the process. He handled the case professionally and expediently, reaching final settlement within nine months, not years as others had me believe it would take. They also spoke to the providers and debt collectors to assure them all would be covered and handled properly. GREAT TEAM to have on your side. ; )
