I hope this comment doesn't get deleted, but I'm sure it will. I got in a wreck in June of 2015. It is now February of 2017 and I'm BARELY getting my stuff sent to me. I FINALLY got an offer of $8,500 and I'm only getting $1,512. I get that there are different things that need to be paid back, but at the same time, I feel like I got ripped off. The only reason I chose to go with these guys was because I heard they were quick and got you the most money possible. Wrong. I wish I would have gone with someone else, but I'd never been through this kind of thing before. Unless you're willing to wait almost 2 years before you get 15% of your money back, I'd suggest going elsewhere. Just my opinion.

Litster Frost treated me like family. Warm and attentive. They were easy on me and hard on the insurance company. Funny story. After talking with Litster Frost my insurance company tried, unsuccessfully, into getting my wife to sign a settlement. And they tried to do it in a Starbucks parking lot. I called the Litster and they just laughed. We had a good case and everyone knew it. I would recommend everyone to Litster Frost.
