Dan represented my husband after he received a traumatic brain injury from a motor vehicle collision with a drunk driver. Dan worked with me as my husband was limited in his cognitive abilities. I had never worked with a lawyer before. Dan was friendly and patient with me. He and his assistant were very accessible. They either answered the phone or got back to me right away. He was able to work with numerous entities that I would not have been able or capable of. His service allowed me to care for my husband. He even attended and supported us during the criminal court sessions. He has gone far and above the required services. The outcome of my husband's case has exceeded my expectations. The the prosecutor would not drop the charges, so we took the case to jury trial where I was acquitted on all charges.
