Jake is the attorney you want in your corner in any high-conflict divorce and custody case. He continually put the best interest of my children and me front-and-center throughout the many twists and turns of my divorce. This was especially true in drafting exact and precise stipulations to hold the other party accountable to avoid the court system from being manipulated or abused. He found knowledgeable witnesses to support my case. Through honing his skills with continuing education and experience in hostile conflict (domestic abuse) cases as well as military and veteran issues, he is able to protect his client as well as obtain favorable outcomes. Jake’s expertise and support is an experience I am most thankful for, and will continue to be, for years to come.

Jake Hardee represented the Ex husband of a woman I dated. He was very good and she was penalized for not fulfilling her obligations in a timely manner. I worked through an unexpected divorce. I am Army Active duty, and currently on overseas assignment. My now ExWife has decided she did not want to join and would rather divorce me. I used Dan & Jake Hardee, and they were absolutely amazing and on point with their knowledge and care for my daughter and me.
