He continually put the best interest of my children and me front-and-center throughout the many twists and turns of my divorce. This was especially true in drafting exact and precise stipulations to hold the other party accountable to avoid the court system from being manipulated or abused. He found knowledgeable witnesses to support my case. Through honing his skills with continuing education and experience in hostile conflict (domestic abuse) cases as well as military and veteran issues, he is able to protect his client as well as obtain favorable outcomes. Jake Hardee represented the Ex husband of a woman I dated. He was very good and she was penalized for not fulfilling her obligations in a timely manner. Two years later I found myself in a very challenging predicament with time constraints. The associate at the firm who took my call told me Jake Hardee would be my best bet and was he ever. In record time, he was able to elequently and powerfully sumarize my situation for the judge and get me a hearing. He not only turned my situation around… He managed to clear it up. I worked through an unexpected divorce. I am Army Active duty, and currently on overseas assignment. My now ExWife has decided she did not want to join and would rather divorce me.
