Jake is the attorney you want in your corner in any high-conflict divorce and custody case. He continually put the best interest of my children and me front-and-center throughout the many twists and turns of my divorce. This was especially true in drafting exact and precise stipulations to hold the other party accountable to avoid the court system from being manipulated or abused. He found knowledgeable witnesses to support my case. Through honing his skills with continuing education and experience in hostile conflict (domestic abuse) cases as well as military and veteran issues, he is able to protect his client as well as obtain favorable outcomes. THE. BEST. FIRM. Hands down. I worked mostly w Jake Hardee and a bit w David Kracke and given the circumstances, couldn’t have asked for better representation and personal attention. If I could give him 10 reviews, I would. That’s about how long this stuff went on, and Jake endured. I had come to Hardee, Pinol, and Kracke because I was struggling to get responses from a different firm, and I am so glad I did. Jake, and David as well, both kept me informed, they were patient, professional, cost conscious whenever possible, and always followed through when they said they were going to do something.
