We came about Guidant Financial while doing research with best companies for small Businesses to work with regarding financing, planning and much more. We are beyond impressed with the quality of the service we have been receiving. We worked up close with Michael Stein, Alexa Nordstrom and Tina Harris. They have been outstanding when it comes to communication, assisting us with any questions/concerns we had and very patient through it all. We definitely recommend Guidant Financial because of the high caliber employees they have and will definitely do so for a very long time.

Guidant financial is the BEST ROBS transactions firm out there. I have completed two ROBS transactions with them and will do it again. The management and 401K administration team is well trained to provide smooth transaction. I had an opportunity to work with Paul Cook and Starrsha Harrell. They both went out of their way to help me to achieve my goals. Kudos to both.

This company is pathetic. Their retirement plan administrators are completely incompetent. Avoid at ALL costs!

Michael Stein and Tara Joiner are very responsive and great to work with. This process is overwhelming at times (not for the faint of heart), however they are very good at taking time to re-explain steps again. They always return phone calls and or e-mails. Great customer service! A suggestion would be to develop a personalized “flow chart” (like a corporate management chart) showing how all the moving pieces relate to each other. Corporate account relates to 401k account relates to LLC account relates to Fidelity account relates to Seattle account etc. We are still working on ours, it helps, especially making sure you don’t move funds someplace they should not be moved. Outside attorney is also a huge benefit. I was surprised at how helpful he was, not just a rubber stamp!

We're very pleased with our experience with Guidant Financial. Easy to ask questions, even with complicated transactions. They are extremely organized and efficient as well. We'd also like to highlight Malcolm in particular who was outstanding every time we connected with him.

I have done business with Guidant Financial for many years dating back to when I worked with Allison. I introduced Allison to MBE / The UPS Store back in the day and have sent Guidant business for years. When Allison moved up the ladder about 9 years ago, Jordan replaced her role and I started working with Jordan on business loans for our funded franchisees. Over the last nine years, I have enjoyed working with Jordan. I find him to be professional and thorough while demonstrating great customer service skills and accountability. Jordan makes commitment he keeps and has always provided timely and detailed follow up on any of the loan request we have submitted. We created a local bank relationship that we sent many of our transfer sale so, but recently decided to come full circle and renew our relationship with Jordan and Guidant Financial. I want the management team at Guidant to know how lucky you are to have a guy like Jordan representing your company and it is because of him we are renewing our working relationship with Guidant Financial.
