Save yourself and your money and *do not* give this firm, specifically Boyd Hawkins, your business. After I thoroughly explained the situation to the rather kind intake woman at their firm, Boyd took my consultation appointment at his rate of $150 per hour. Unfortunately, he clearly didn’t listen to a word I said during it, he kept going off long-winded tangents about matters that I was not there to discuss and I had to repeatedly ask him to stay on the actual topic. I cut the meeting as soon as it was glaringly apparent that I couldn’t trust him to represent me in this legal matter. He wasted over $100 hard earned dollars and even worse, MY TIME.

On 02/10/20 I had a consultation with Bill Mauk. I had a case of discrimination , retaliation I wanted to bring against a very well respected organization in Boise. At fifty minutes Bill picked up "MY" evidence and stormed out of the room. At that time we were coming to the conclusion of our meeting and The First Amendment had come up. I told him maybe I won't be able to find representation but The First Amendment has always been FREE. Well three years later here we are, the road ahead looks long but it's time to bring out the past deal with it, then bury it once and for all. I chose one star cause it won't let you do zero.

When I found myself in legal trouble about 5 years ago, I knew I needed someone on my side during the process. After meeting with a couple of lawyers, I decided to go with Mauk, Miller and Hawkins, specifically Joe Miller and his team. Mr. Miller was able to answer all of my questions in my time of uncertainty before the court dates. He did an excellent job representing me in court at my sentencing, again when he got my probation terminated, and most recently when he was able to get my rights restored. I highly recommend Joe Miller and his team. Thank-you!!!

Aaron is the only criminal defense attorney I send my friends and family too. He is exactly who you need if you find yourself on the wrong side of the law.

I could be in jail now, but thanks to Idaho Justice aka Miller Hawkins, PLLC, justice has been served. I'm free and the experience that found me knocking on Joe Miller's door is as close to forgotten as possible.
