Katelynn Mitchell is absolutely the best family attourney in idaho!!! I had a special case that was win or loose and she won the case for me. What I was most impressed with was how prepared she was for trial. She even had me come into her office before trial to go over everything a second time to make sure everything was accurate. When we got to trial it really showed. She was prepared and ready to argue my case I would def use her again and again.

My experience was not a good one. I understand my situation was unique however, I shouldn't have bothered to attain her as I gained nothing and maybe even lost more than I should have in my case. I felt her lack of response time caused the other party to more anger. Her strength was writing up documents and timelines. My experience with her lacked quick responses (with the exception at the very end) and advice/guidance and perhaps even creativity considering my case. I felt I was alone most of the journey and spent way too much for a lot of nothing. I never write poor reviews on anyone and have struggled to write a review at all for that reason, however, the technical writing wasn't reason to keep an attorney. I asked her numerous times if I should continue on my own ("fire my attorney" as I think we both knew she wasn't needed in my case) and each time was talked out of it. I should have listened to my gut. Instead was frustrated when she changed partnership and was left taking care of some large situations on my own. If I had to do over, I would not have hired her for many reasons and feeling quite disappointed in the guidance I feel an attorney should give. I'm sure she a great person but my professional experience was poor.

Katelynn provided the expertise, experience and temperament required to make the divorce/custody process expeditious and bearable. Katelynn was unflappable when surprises came our way and tenacious when it came to protecting my rights. With Katelynn’s thorough approach, I went into hearings and meetings confident and fully prepared.

Aaron made an incredibly scary process palatable. His experience and extensive knowledge made me confident that justice would be served. I felt like I was in good hands from my first phone call through the final hearing. Professional, detail oriented and organized, I believe that Aaron really cared about getting to the truth and protecting my rights.
