Can't recommend Robert enough for anyone having to go through the probate process. As the weight of being selected the "PR" for our relative's estate settled in I realized that my job was to obtain and distribute whatever generational wealth was accrued to it's rightful heirs. Robert made the processas easy as possible. I trust and appreciate his council.

The first thing that struck me was that Robert was very empathetic and calm. I felt like everything was going to be ok because he would guide me through the process comfortably. I was right. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, followed up with email and mailed documents and instructions, and handled his end quickly and efficiently. His years of experience showed, and gave me confidence in not only him, but in myself because I knew I had a strong counselor to lean on when needed him. And his fee is very reasonabe! I've been in situations before where the fee I was given was added onto... a lot! Not here. I very highly recommend Robert!!

Mr. Montgomery was thorough and attentive to my concerns. He communicated with me regularly and I never had to guess or worry about what was happening next. He responded to my emails almost immediately and kept me informed throughout the process.

When my mother passed away in April 2020 and I was appointed her personal representative, I was at a complete loss as to how to handle “probate.” After doing some internet research and asking for a referral from a friend who had just gone through the probate process for his father, I contacted Bob Montgomery. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Bob treats you like you are his only client! Early in the process, I probably exchanged 10 emails and multiple phone calls in one day, and I never waited more than 15 minutes for a response! Incredible! When we hit a snag with the probate judge, Bob worked tirelessly to come up with a creative solution. Only a probate lawyer with years of legal experience and an “out of the box” mindset would have been able to so elegantly and expeditiously solve the problem. I told him at the time that he was a miracle worker, and I still stand by that assessment. There is no better probate lawyer in the valley, of that I am convinced, and I am so very thankful for his help and guidance throughout this journey.

Wow. We couldn't have known when we found Bob and hired him to represent us, the effort, attentiveness and overall service we would receive. Being from out of state presents many challenges when delaing with a loved ones passing, my husband's mother, and Bob guided us through each step of the process in a kind and professional manner. All of our emails and voice messages were returned promptly and our questions always answered. He always made himself available. Some unexpected issues arose requiring new and different documents to be filed with the courts. Bob addressed this immediately, got the correct documentation and we ended up with the results we needed. His up front, flat rate was beyond reasonable. Any time we asked about or he offered something we hadn't initially discussed, I assumed there would be an extra charge. There never was. His answer was always, "No, that's included." It's comforting to know and feel tht someone is really helping you out in your time of need and to receive the level of service we did at the price we paid was amazing. We would reccomend Bob in a heartbeat!!!!

I live in Arizona and hired Bob Montgomery to file a Formal Probate in Idaho. He recommended that I use a third party for a Personal Representative for the Estate. After the appointment of the PR Ronald Tolman) Bob categorically began representing the PR when he was my attorney. In hindsight, the PR was an "old friend" of his (30+ years) who had no experience as a PR and had also come out of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2013. The trial judge had to inform Bob Montgomery that he had always been my attorney and never the Estate's or his PR crony. This has been a most devastating experience and I plan to take to the Idaho State Bar for actions not to mention a malpractice action against Bob Montgomery. I most horrid experience!

I chose Bob Montgomery to represent me following the death of my husband. I had contacted several lawyers in Idaho to get quotes to finalize the will. Bob contacted me immediately by phone as soon as he received my e-mail and we agreed that he would represent me. Not only was his firm the best price, he was prompt and compassionate, the probate of the will was complete within 4 weeks. A few questions came up after that time and I was able to contact Bob for advice and each time I had a question he got back to me almost immediately. Even though I live in Canada and the estate was in Idaho, everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Bob Montgomery!

Bob was very helpful and informative.. I had a bit of a different Llc than usual being Canadian and starting an Llc out of Oregon while still residing in Canada. He spent a great deal of time to explain it all to me thouroughly without any extra charge. I really appreciated his expertise and patience and his down home genuiness. You can tell he really enjoys people. Highly recommend him. Thanks Bob!
