In my opinion, Sam Bishop is the absolute top attorney for a DUI offense. He handled my case very smoothly and his office was extremely responsive and helpful throughout.

Mr. Bishop was very professional and reassuring. He walked me through the process, and I never felt rushed while speaking with him. This isn't the end of the world, just give him a call and it will all work out.

Sam was an awesome lawyer, he kept good contact with me throughout the process and didn't hesitate to get me the information i needed to help me court. He's very trust worthy and really seemed to care about his clients.

I had an unusual DUI case and needed a lawyer. After reading the reviews of the #1 DUI lawyer in Idaho I chose Sam. These reviews are spot on. Initially I didn't know how I would pay for his services but they worked with me financially which took a huge burden off my shoulders. The entire legal office is friendly and very personable. I was able to meet Sam for my consultation and we laid out the situation and expectations. Throughout the entire process I was able to get in contact with Sam and the paralegals during or even after business hours to make sure everything was taken care of. The stress of the entire situation was nerve racking however, I was put at ease by his professionalism and guidance. I'm overseas deployed in Korea and even with the 16 hour time difference we were able to communicate effectively. DO YOUR PROGRAMS, TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY, AND BE HONEST and Sam can take care of the rest!. I can't thank him enough!

Sam was amazing. I messed up, and my wife was contacted by him, knowing we were on a budget. Most lawyers are just overpaid public defenders, but Sam actually cared. I am astonishingly grateful to have used Sam's services for my case. A month ago I was I got hit in the front of my beautiful MB S550 4Matic. I was taking a right from the Albertsons parking lot and going straight. Turn right to go home. This lovely lady destroyed my car. I got out of my car, and I asked Her if she was ok since her Honda CRV head had a small bump on her bumper. ; the engine of my car was on the floor as designed. Immediately during the car collision, someone from M.B. came on my speakers, and he called 911. Thanks, MB. All of a sudden, To my amazement. Since I saw her talking on the phone, I find myself getting a ticket for "Not Maintaining Lanes." Now forget about me and let's talk about Sam and his staff. Simply put, the most professional, responsive, caring, and give you the sense as you are part of the family. Same and his team made it so easy to work with them. Usually, lawyers have an attitude as they are above you and don't let you ask questions. And if you get a question, the answer is too late. They are looking down on you. But, you will not find or feel that feeling with Same and his team! Same, and his team will get back to you in a few minutes unless he is in court. But you will get your answer usually within the hour and at the most same day. Sam got the ticket for "Not Maintaining Lanes." to be Amended to a nonmoving equipment violation. No points on D.L. I called a lawyer referral line and the first attorney to reach out was Sam. I was a mess all my money was tied up where only my husband could access it, he was in jail for 3 alleged felony DUI'S, the bond was ridiculously high I was emotional and lost. Sam listened to me heard what was going on He comforted me first he was so very kind then said yes I will help you (I am crying writing this) he treated me so well then was so kind he helped me get my husband out of jail and is working with us on our payments. I feel so lucky to have Sam on my side. Even though he can't always tell us what we want to hear right now he always shows us he is on our side and treats us so respectfully.
