Sam was always up front and honest about the outcome and did not sugarcoat or over promise. He educated and supported me through the process. Sam and Emily were very prompt and responsive to my questions. He is professional, kind, has a sense of humor and very personable, which I appreciated. After my case was resolved and we shook hands I told him that I hoped to never see him again, but I said that in jest. Wonderful team to work with.
