Sam was awesome every step of the way from beginning to end. He and his whole team were so considerate, keeping in contact the entire time, which was soo helpful. A very nice guy who actually cares about what YOU want and you can tell by just having a conversation with him. Had a possession of marijuana charge and a possession of paraphernalia charge. The possession of marijuana was dropped and and I only had to take an eight hour marijuana class and the state owes me money back now from my bond.

They are knowledgeable and very helpful, always quick to respond to questions and available to reach any time during the day. A very positive experience and did a great job getting me the minimum consequences on my case

If you are needing a DUI attorney, Sam is the best attorney you could get! I had made a mistake and received my 2nd DUI. I called Sam's office the next morning and his whole team was so amazing from the get go. He is affordable, was just a text away with any question I had (even on weekends!!), and was so pleasant to work with. I could not recommend Sam enough. He also was able to lower my sentence, saving me lots of time and money!!

Idaho Legal Justice was an excellent resource during my court proceedings. I brought Sam a strange case that was several years old (motorcycle accident with no follow up). He took the time to understand my case, review the evidence and explain possible outcomes. I feel he gave me his full attention; himself and his staff were easy to communicate with. After retainer Sam was diligent in providing information and keeping me updated. We got through sentencing with probably the best outcome we could have. I attribute that to Sam's communication and my diligence in completing the necessary prerequisites to sentencing. Do your part and Sam will do his. I fully recommend his service to anyone willing to put in the work to better themselves throughout the legal process. Don't expect a lawyer to make your wrongs right.
