The best decision we made after being injured in a car accident was contacting Parke Gordon! Beyond amazing care and service! It has been almost 5 years since the accident and I was blown away to hear from Mat Parke again. He did a fantastic job getting us everything we could from the accident to help with the issues it caused, but knew he could do more for us. He continued to fight for not just us, but for all Idahoans to have better support when injured and HE WON! My husband and I engaged Mat and his talented team to assist us after a car accident. Both my husband and I are going to write separate Google entries, as we feel that Mat’s service warrants two rave reviews. We definitely are not litigious people, and the idea of bringing a lawsuit was very hard for us. That being said, Mat seemed like the antithesis of the stereotypical ambulance chasing lawyer, and after several discussions, I was genuinely convinced that the goal wasn’t to make us rich…he just wanted to make us whole. Because of some unforeseen situations with the driver who had caused the accident being under insured, it was more challenging than it had first appeared to be. Mat eloquently pled on our behalf, getting concessions that even the insurance company didn’t legally have to make, but he had persuaded them it was the right thing to do. Every time I worked with one of his team members, they were not only professional, but kind and compassionate. They even dealt with my sometimes less than quick response time, and we’re always gracious. They were excellent about keeping us in the loop every step of the way, they were highly responsive, and we felt fully valued and validated. I can’t endorse Mat Parke and his team enough. They were superb. I pray there will never be another need for me to engage his services, but I would readily reach out to Mat and Team should a future need occur.
