I used Scott in a civil case. Worth every penny. He will do the work necessary without taking every opportunity to bill you to death. He talked to me about what options I had and what would be worth doing and what would be a waste of time and billable hours. Don't expect an animated act to draw new clients. He is a great lawyer. Expect a methodical and intelligent personality. He isn't going to waste time with a drama filled personality justify billing crazy amounts of money. He knew about current case law and changes in the civil court that helped my case.
