This public defender was assigned to my juvenile son’s case. I tried calling him several times to discuss the case ahead of time and received no response. At court, the judge decided that since my son was autistic, it was important we met with Alex before any determinations were made. Our court was rescheduled and again, I tried to call Alex with zero response.
