I would highly recommend hiring Mr. Michael Duggan for family estate and other legal matters! When my brother and I lost our father Richard unexpectedly, family members mentioned that Mr. Duggan had done a great job of handling probate cases for my grandparents estate. Mr. Duggan sat down with us and explained the probate process and clarified our options based on our father's will. Michael was responsive to our questions and keeping us up to date throughout the process. We appreciated his knowledge and breaking down potential costs up front and during the process. I had a pretty lengthy and unique case that Robert took on. Robert is one of the best lawyers I’ve worked with, he knows his stuff and walked me through the process. When Robert and I went in front of the judge the first time in the estate case we both thought, no big deal this is going to be easy. When it didn’t go our way Robert rolled up his sleeves and showed me what needed to be done to finish my mothers estate.
