Mark Jackson was supposed to handle my late husband's estate. Instead his office fumble filed the documents, and I had to have them redone myself since the banks wouldn't accept docs dated on a Sunday from Kootenai courthouse (fishy). Then Mark Jackson himself gave me legal advice that could have led me into a $250,000 suit against myself. He told me to lie to the buyers that were under contract for several of our properties. He 'lost' the video he took, of my step-son stalking me and circling my vehicle at his office. He finally revealed he was long time friends with my step-son's Mother's family. I fired him immediately. He pursued an exorbitant amount of payment (for not much work). I paid just to get rid of him. This was 2 years ago. I'm still in probate. The latest? Mark Jackson sent me a friend request on Facebook. The nerve! Rejected and blocked.

I called the office to ask for help on an urgent matter and the girl on the phone said the Attorney Mark would require a face to face meeting in his office. I explained that I was out of state and needed immediate help with an urgent family matter. So she said she could arrange a phone meeting but would still bill by the hour. I said ok,start the clock and put him on the phone, I need help.... she said.. "how's next Tuesday?" I said I cannot wait until Tuesday, I have a family emergency, she said oh well sorry and HUNG UP THE PHONE!
What kind of professional service is this?!
My legal advise is to to call another attorney.
