We have had the great pleasure of working with Winston & Cashatt on a few occasions over the years. (somewhat of an oxymoron as legal issues are NOT usually pleasurable!) However, both attorneys, Mike Howard and Erika Grubbs, were deeply knowledgeable in their respective expertise, highly professional in their interactions with all parties involved and most importantly, a high standard of ethical conduct was consistently displayed. In both cases, it was clearly and honestly communicated the likely possible legal outcomes to the case as well as any specific fees involving such resolutions. We were first, using a lawyer out of Boston, who pretty much retired and handed the case to our new attorney, Mike Howard. Our daughter suffered a birth injury, called Erb’s palsy/brachial plexus injury, and it is a tough thing to present to a jury and the entire court of law. We have been dealing with this for literally nine straight years. Mr. Howard showed great empathy during the entire battle and he was there with us. he is a strong lawyer to have to deal with parents who have suffered, and that is a quality that is hard to find in a lawyer. Not a bad attorney. Not out for the quick fix and has passion for his job unlike many attorneys in the area. Helped my wife a lot on her case and was respectful to me. I recommend him.
