I was so lucky to have Sean a part of my defense several years back. He was at a different law firm at the time, and I was crushed when he left... Sean always made sure to defend my rights and not afraid to call bs on false evidence. Hes brilliant in case law, and always made time for me strongly believing in my innocence. He was very professional, but also treated me as more than a "client" by his level of care to defend me. He treated me as a person that really needed help! He always gave me advice on how to handle the entire part of my life at that time looking out for my well being. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him anyday! I feel privileged to even know him. Sean Walsh was appointed to represent our then infant daughter in a very complicated case. He did so with honesty and integrity. He kept us informed the entire process. He is astute in Indian Child Welfare Act and laws as they pertain to Native American tribes. I highly recommend him!

If there were 100 stars available, I would rate Sean and his staff 100%. Throughout the last ten years, that’s exactly what Sean and team have given to my husband and myself, their 100%. Sean has represented either one of us, or both of us from criminal to civil, even minor family law situations. What I appreciate about Sean is that he is conscious of the ethics in law practice. Unfortunately for myself, a conflict of interest was standing in the way of a criminal matter, leaving me unable to retain Sean for my case. His staff provided me with other options for legal assistance in the area, tailored to my needs. They were genuinely interested in not leaving me to hang dry. I can appreciate how the good practice of law outweighed the need to try a case. With that said, Sean will give you his most honest educated opinion, the pros/cons and possible outcomes, and the freedom to choose for yourself without any pressure. For any matter you find yourself possibly in need of counsel, start with this office!

Though my experience with Sean was limited, it showed me everything I needed to know about him and the exceptional attorney he truly is. Now that I am able, I feel it is my duty to share this experience with anyone who can draw some value and guidance from it for their own likely life-changing choice of who they chose to represent them. Two years ago, I was arrested for something that was claimed to have occurred in 2014, in Idaho. I live across the country. Upon bonding out in my home state, I had to do the attorney interview process via phone. I’d narrowed it down to two defense attorneys, and Sean was one of those. Sean was extremely efficient in returning my call despite the fact he was exceedingly busy at the time. I shared the facts of the case with Sean. Despite the serious nature of the charge, he wasn’t deterred at all. He told me exactly what he thought would happen, that it’d go to trial. He stated, “I like trials”. If you are facing a serious criminal charge, you absolutely need an attorney who is both competent and confident as a trial attorney. Sean is precisely this. I asked Sean if he could tell me anything about the other attorney I was considering. Sean spoke highly of this other attorney. I have no doubt many would have used that opportunity in a less-than-ethical way for their own interests. But Sean, he went above and beyond, and told me that the other attorney was fantastic. The reason I went with the other attorney was because at the time I had all of my money tied-up in my bond and simply couldn’t hire Sean due to the economic situation I was in. Close to two years later, when the case was about to go to trial, and when I had the resources to hire Sean, I again contacted him. Sean could have charged me for his time, as he’d already provided his initial free consultation from before. I even offered to pay for his time, as was the right thing I felt to do. He didn’t charge me though. He took the time to provide a detailed and thoughtful consultation for all of my questions. I felt it prudent to get an additional opinion on my case. My attorney at the time was a really, really good attorney. Though, I was facing potentially twenty-five years in prison and wanted to do as much homework for my case as I could. I updated Sean to the facts and new evidence I’d provided on the case. He told again told me exactly what he thought. In fact, to speak to just how capable an attorney Sean actually is, he predicted the exact outcome of my case simply based upon the few facts that I’d provided to him over the phone. At the time, he’d stated, based upon his own experience of that prosecutor and the circumstances of my case, that prosecutor would drop the case right before trial. This is exactly what happened a few weeks later. Sean also told me that the best thing I could do was to stick with the attorney I’d hired from the beginning. Sean again expressed that this attorney was an excellent choice. Sean spoke extremely highly of this attorney. I am sure if my experience with Sean was beyond these phone conversations, I could speak to even greater lengths of just how truly exceptional he is as an attorney and as an individual.
