All I did was provide a couple documents. What a relief to work with people who are efficient and effective. Our Condominium Board from time to time needs legal advice as we interpret our ruling documents and many other areas of HOA Board responsibilities. We always receive timely advice from Smith & Malek. They are experts in the area of property and HOA management.

We hired Crouse Erickson and we’re so pleased from start to finish. We felt heard and supported, and they were able to resolve our issue in a reasonable amount of time. Will use in the future again if needed.

If you want something done DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. He does not communicate with clients or consult with other lawyers in his firm, much to the detriment of our case. He did not perform services in a timely manner. Our observation was that his best attribute is his ability to ignore his clients emails and never return phone calls, He also tends to "forget" court dates us (his clients) and the court wondering what is going on. He also "forgot" to file or follow up with court monetary awards and would not respond to the clients inquiries resulting the clients losing that money that the court awarded to them because the time had run out. We had a wining case and his performance, or lack thereof, was severely damaging it so WE FIRED HIM! And his firm covers for his lack of performance. Recommend find another firm too.

Smith & Malek is a great Law firm, great team, great response time! Brennan Schreibman was our Attorney he helped us settle a case against a "NOT" so good contractor (remodel job) Brennan handled the "BAD" contractor issue fast and well. Contractor paid 100 % of the claim price Thank you!! If you have contractor issues, I highly recommend the office of Smith & Malek.
