If you want the gladiator in the arena to fight for you, to do battle, and to win then Kelso is the warrior. Have you ever had an attorney personally call you right back after you called their number & even before they were on retainer?! Well, that is exactly what happens. You are always responded to in a timely, professional manner. You are listened to & treated like you matter because you do, like your case matters & your family is important too. The legal knowledge that Kelso maintains is beyond impressive, before needing his legal know how, I worked in & around the courts so I have decent knowledge of it's inner working. Let me tell you, Kelso's experience shows in his knowledge of the laws and how the courts work. The advice he gives stands firm & he is honest & forthright. I have had to get attorneys out of state due to jurisdiction issues in the other state and my only wish was that Kelso worked out of state as well. He is the best attorney in Idaho and one of the best attorneys I've had the privilege of knowing. His paralegal, Camille is the most competent paralegal/assistant on the planet! She's also one of the most genuine, kind & compassionate people I have met during my whole ordeal. The most accurate statement Kelso said to me was, "It's going to get worse before it gets better..." The reality of that has gotten me through some very difficult times over the past several months.

The money that I spent on this “consultation” is quite possibly the worst money I have ever spent. I wouldn’t be upset if he hadn’t made such big assertions on what he could do for me over the phone to get me in for a consultation. He’s a misogynist of the highest order. He lured me to his office under false pretenses of being able to find money and being an amazing advocate for his clients, but he berated me as if he was arguing for the other party. He criticized the way I’m raising my child and lectured me about the constitutional rights of my husband. I paid for legal advice, not a critique on my life and parenting style. I’m guessing he gets a lot more consultations than clients, unless you’re looking for a paternity lawyer. If you want to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars from your spouse, get away with it and still be able to spend time with a child you abandoned, this is the lawyer for you! If you’re a woman, I’d seek help elsewhere. Look for the signs before you get in the office with this guy. Successful lawyers wear, dress, and act in a way that communicate self respect and have offices that reflect their success. This guy is a scam artist and I’m sorry if you have the misfortune of him being the only person in town that will take the gold teeth payment he jokes about, because even a woman down on her luck deserves better than this.

Kelso and Camille are complete professionals. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire experience with them. They are also easily reachable after hours and have always responded promptly.

Kelso and Camille were great and supportive during my custody case. I could not express the knowledge Kelso has in family law. He was always in my corner and supportive. He took the time to really listen to what I needed in my case and made it happen. Camille was great to talk with. She kept me informed of my case and always took my call with all my ridiculous questions or concerns. I was vary please with working with both of them and would recommend using them.

Kelso and Camille know what's important: CHILDREN FIRST. They helped me through the hardest time of my life. All I wanted was an equal amount of time with my daughter, and with their guidance and professionalism I was able to get the 50/50 split that so many men are unable to get with their children. They understand the biology and the psychology behind children and parents seeing, hearing, and smelling one another. Every conversation started with "how will this affect the child?" Very refreshing to work with such a knowledgeable and talented team.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was with both Kelso and his paralegal, Camille. Such wonderful and kind people who truly care about their cases and the families they help. Kelso is extremely knowledgeable and does everything he can to help his clients. I give both him and Camille the highest recommendation!! Kelso and Camille were amazing! I went through a messy divorce and they were both very knowledgeable, didn’t beat around the bush, and told it to me straight. They helped me figure out the best and most realistic way to proceed, and were kind and encouraging the whole way.

Kelso Lindsay is a knowledgeable, driven and upfront attorney. He is an excellent listener and asks relevant questions to thoroughly understand your legal matter. Camille, his paralegal, is attentive, kind, welcoming and detail-oriented. She is an asset to his practice. Kelso guided me through a complex legal matter which required me to hire two attorneys at the same time. He worked cooperatively with my other attorney and took the lead to meet an extremely time-sensitive deadline. Kelso devoted his weekend hours to my case in order to meet the deadline needed for both attorneys. He went above and beyond and continues to be there as a legal ear when I need him. My legal matter at times can still be confusing at times and I am at ease to have Kelso and Camille just a phone call away. Our time as client and attorney was brief in comparison to most legal matters, however, his extensive knowledge of family law was instrumental in guiding me onto the optimal path.
