If I could give Sargent Law Firm 100 stars I would. My son was riding his E-Bike down the street on the sidewalk when a jeep turned in front of him. The guys insurance company Actually blaming my son and not taking responsibility. My insurance agent recommended an attorney out of Washington so we sat down and had a consultation. His fees were almost 40% which I thought was high. A friend happened to mention Sargent Law Firm, after doing a little research, I noticed that they sponsored the local BMX track that they specialized in motorcycle injury cases. We called and set up a consultation Zach was and has been amazing throughout the whole process! He explained because my son was a minor they also only charge a 25% fee instead of the 40% we were quoted elsewhere. The communication was always excellent and I appreciated him letting us have a say in where we settled and not just trying to rush us through things.
