After years of procrastination talking about getting our Estate Plan/Trust completed we finally did it. We gave the office a call and spoke with Nora to schedule our appointment. She was a delight on the phone and when we were in the office. We met with Marcus West after completing the questionnaire from their website. He was friendly, informative and professional. We talked a bit had a few questions and before we left had an appointment 1 week later to sign all of our docs. Marcus emailed us a draft of everything to review and make additions/corrections before our signing appointment.
