We knew very little about how or why to structor a "Trust" for our family and we found Barry Peters very knowledgeable and professional in helping us with a new will and trust. His experience was evident from the start as we asked questions and waded thru legalese unfamiliar to us. No question was too basic and his answers were clear and understandable. We highly recommend him for this service and his prices were reasonable.

We had put off getting a trust for years and realized we were running out of time. After searching the internet, I found Berry Peters website easy to understand and learned a lot about wills and trusts from it. I made an appointment with him, filled out a form from his website to bring with me and was surprised how easy it was to have our trust made up. Thanks a to Barry Peters experience, he had answers to our questions and brought up things we would not have thought of. I feel very confident that our trust is complete and "trust worthy".

We have been in to see Barry and get his help and advice on our will three times in the past 15 years. He had been very professional and thorough in helping and guiding us along in the process. On our last visit which was very recently, he advised us to set up a Trust rather than just update our will and it was a very beneficial move for us.
