Recently worked with Kathleen Roma & Assoc on a family tax planning matter. Everybody in the office was friendly and professional, they took the time to understand my situation, and provided clear recommendations. Couldn't ask for more!

The best experience I have had with an accountant!

I have been going to Kathleen for many years now and have always had a pretty good experience but I have to say I am very disappointed with our treatment this year. Understandably, as we did not get them in until the last minute, it has still taken over a month to get them done, without however, one courtesy phone call to let us know how it was going. In fact I called a week and an half ago and was told that it should not be much longer and that they would let me know. No word. Today (one month and two days), in the morning, I called for an update and was told I would receive a call back from our tax preparer to let me know how they were progressing . No word. I called again at 4:45 and was told they were done and would be ready Friday or Monday, in 2-5 days from now. Considering that one has to do a lot of the work oneself and that it is several hundred dollars to get them done, I do feel there should be better customer service, especially for loyal customers. Thank you

The best accountants I’ve ever worked with. They respond within minutes. They are always up to date on any new laws/tax codes. They are always so helpful whenever I have any questions about quickbooks or State and Fed taxes. I can’t recommend them enough! Kathleen has been doing my taxes for years - she and her staff are phenomenal. Whenever I talk to Kathleen or anyone on staff, I find them knowledgeable and experienced. Very quick with communications and getting our return back to us for review. Both the tax returns and advice have always been spot on and we've had both multi-state and other complex issues to address. Even though we've left the state, I continue to have her prepare our taxes long distance. No one could compare to Roma & Associates great customer service.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Kathleen Roma & Associates for the last 5 years and would and (have) highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a CPA firm. We began to use Kathleen Roma & Associates 5 years ago when our tax filings started to get more complex, we needed to file several different state tax returns, had started a business, investments, kids in college, etc! From the moment I walked in the door, I experienced friendly and helpful employees, I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer them all, if I called with a question , they either had the answer or promptly called me back with the answer. Everyone that I have had contact with in the last 5 years has always been very knowledgeable and had clear details to my questions so I understood them. They have truly made my tax season an easy proceed!!
