We had put off getting a trust for years and realized we were running out of time. After searching the internet, I found Berry Peters website easy to understand and learned a lot about wills and trusts from it. I made an appointment with him, filled out a form from his website to bring with me and was surprised how easy it was to have our trust made up. Thanks a to Barry Peters experience, he had answers to our questions and brought up things we would not have thought of. I feel very confident that our trust was done properly and complete.

We have used Barry on three separate occassions over the past 15 years to create and then update our wills. On this most recent visit he advised us to create a trust rather than a will and we saw the many benefits of doing it this way.
