Our whole family had a wonderful time at the beautiful spot - we loved playing pickle ball, lawn bowling, the open landscape, and the modern clean house. Popped popcorn and watched Christmas movies in front of the fire in the very comfy living room. Our 18 month old grandson loved the giant lawn, and we enjoyed the sweet downtown of Kingsburg. A great trip.

This condo was perfect for our week in Ketchum! Close to everything in town. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that to get to the laundry and trash you had to go through the parking garage.
Would definitely recommend staying here!

We recently returned from our stay at 2806 Summit One Condo. Overall, it was a wonderful stay; however it did have its issues. I will start with the positive.
The condo is located in Elkhorn, which is a beautifully maintained and centrally located. The condo itself is very clean with upscale furniture and appliances. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable, and although the bathroom fixtures looked like they were nearing the end of their life span, they worked satisfactorily. There were two very nice Samsung TVs as well as a relatively new Samsung washer and dryer set, which were fantastic.
In my few dealings with MVP, they were very responsive and informative. They keep the condo well-stocked including dish detergent, laundry detergent, soap, hand cream, etc. There were plenty of extra linen, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The home was set up nicely upon our arrival.
For the negative, the biggest issue was due to the construction going on. We were notified prior to arrival that construction would be happening during our stay and given a discount for the inconvenience. We took the discount as the only other option was to book another condo within the MVP portfolio. There were none available that we would have considered staying at.
We didn't think the construction would be so intrusive, but the workers started at 8 am and stayed until 9 pm. In addition, they had laid down their materials blocking the parking spaces up top, leaving only garage parking. Those spaces were very limited and small. We had an XL Suburban, which make parking a challenge. The evening before we left, the HOA insisted that the contractors clear out their materials before 4th of July week. It would have been nice to have had that parking option the entire time we were there. None of this is a reflection on MVP or the property owner.
Although most everything in the condo was well-maintained and higher-end, the window coverings were not. Often times, the windows with blinds had broken wands so the blinds could not be opened. The curtains on other windows were low quality and ill fitting. Even fully outstretched, they did not cover the opening. On the slider in the master bedroom, there were no curtains whatsoever. Given that the sun rose at 5 am and set after 10 pm, coverings should be provided. Also, the workers were on ladders, and at times, could see directly into the bedroom. I used some sheets to provide some privacy.
Finally, the listing indicated that there were two portable a/c units. MVP knew nothing about them. We did find them. They were the size of a mini fan. They didn't work because they were missing the cooling cartridges, which provides the chill. One of the reasons we booked this condo was due to the availability of the portable a/c units. I really wouldn't classify what was provided as a portable a/c unit. I think that is a stretch. The first night was warm, although MVP did provide us with fans. Luckily, it cooled down significantly, and the condo was comfortable for the remainder of the stay.
If there was no construction going on and it was any other time than the heat of the summer, I would gladly book another stay there. It is a beautiful condo in a beautiful area.

Only issues: No flat surfaces in my bedroom on which to lay items; no table of any kind. Also, no chair!! Quite uncomfortable. Also, be aware, the shower is DANGEROUS to climb into and out of. Also, we had to use green tape to mark the 3 "stairs" in the kitchen down to the "living room"; we had 2 guys take terrible falls because rentors could not SEE the steps!!!
Again, REALLY DANGEROUS. Otherwise, enjoyable. Ed
