Jeff Banks took on my partition case leading me to believe that I would be represented by him. He knew all the specifics. Retainer was $5000. Did not hear from him for a long time. I called him numerous times, he did not return my calls. $2000 more and year and a half later, I spoke with him, and what he told me was that he wasn't familiar with partition cases. He sent my case to Tyler Dodge. Tyler just wanted to get it settled. For anybody out there who has $7000 to spend, you should treat yourself to a nice vacation!!

Child custody battles are extremely difficult. You have to face harsh realities and hear things that are not going to be what you want to hear. No attorney can promise you that you’re going to walk away with everything you want in your case because that’s just a lie. I received honesty and absolutely no sugar coating. I was stressed and terrified, but every part of Laurie’s service helped me let go of my fears and gain confidence. I received a smart attorney who was ahead of the game by directing every detail of my case for the most positive outcome for my children, and myself. Bad communication , just want your money!

Jeff banks is a crook, he is an actor pretending to represent me. The definition of ineffective counsel in the dictionary, you would see a picture of Jeff banks. Please look at the reviews before you consider to have this office represent you.

Don’t go here. It was terrible. As soon as they had my $3000 they turned so disrespectful, and I never spoke with the same person about my case. So basically I was constantly telling a new person the detail of my entire case. They messed my case up so bad I lost when it should have been a slam dunk. Some many errors on my court documents. They deliberately keep my case in court to drain my money. They allowed the opposing lawyer to send the same document 4 times not done properly and charged me 259 to 490 dollars every time they reviewed it. They work with the opposing lawyer to make sure they both get to rip off there clients. They are money hungry demons that Reaped chaos in mine and my child life, it was a custody case and they screwed up big time. They have no problem cheating and swindling money from the mouth of a child. They should be closed down and ashamed of themselves. The women lawyer is an extreme example of someone that I hope goes home at night and looks her self in the mirror and see a monster for tearing up families that are already going through the worst time. She is a worthless, the only cases she can handle well are the ones where the other party is too poor to fight back. She sucks at being a lawyer and a human. Needs taken out to the trash, she is trash just like her abilities as a lawyer. I want my money and time back. I beg you, if you live your child, don’t go here!!!!

You have a better chance representing yourself. Save your money.
