Worst ever! Don’t believe a word he says if you can ever get ahold of him I was deceived by him and his assistant Pegi after they took my $3000.00 retainer. In 3 months and one week I only spoke to him 3 times I sent numerous emails, phoned and left messages with the front desk The last and 3rd phone call was to fire him. He lied, missed every deadline with the court and other divorce attorney he had no intention of helping me.

My experience was exactly the same as Samantha Moore and I know we're not the only ones.

If I could rate this law firm a 0 star I would. Divorce is a hard thing to go through and I put my complete trust in the ladies here. I heard they were “amazing” and would treat me with nothing but respect. After I gave them money and signed all the contracts everything turned and the disrespect was horrible. I’ve never ever experienced lawyers that scream and tell a stay at home, mentally abused,& depressed mother that I Should lose everything. Why? Because I cried and dyed my hair ( something I’ve always wanted to do). I’ll never recommend such horrible service. I never met the male, but still heard he is the only good one there. Oh, and they didn’t even defend me in court! Just agreed with my ex’s lawyer and never told the judge HE WAS LYING ABOUT EVERYTHING. The ladies here are good friends with most of the lawyers, so be careful. They all talk. In my opinion, this place needs to be looked at and the ladies need to look in the mirror before acting like they are better then their PAYING clients. I went somewhere else and I was terrified when they told me I shouldn’t. And I WON. Because I wasn’t wrong. I’m not a bad mother. But this place made me feel that way.

We hired jeff banks for serious legal matter. He did amazing. I tphank god for jeff. We will celebrate him evwey july 22 every year. Thank you from all of our family.

Jeff Banks is a true professional and I was highly satisfied with my experience. Throughout my child custody case he was straightforward, supportive, and very attentive. Family law is extremely emotional and overwhelming but his expertise, professional insight, and guidance made the process a little less stressful. I highly recommend Jeff and his staff to anyone needing an attorney.

Laurie Gaffney, refuses to communicate with clients. Furthermore she will submit documents that have not only not been approved by the client but expressly told not to submit them in favor of documents that have been approved. A warning to all men thinking about using this firm- to the best of my knowledge there is only one male employee here and while they may profess to wanting to help you I believe they’re in it just for the money and as a whole are man-haters.

Jeff Banks - best attorney. He represented a family member in a divorce case and did an excellent job. Family member’s ex’s attorney had an expert witness that Mr. Banks had testifying for my family member by the time the case was over. He is straight forward and very clear as to what he can and will do. He is well worth the money. I would never go anywhere else for legal help.

Jeff banks is someone i would recommend to anyone. The whole staff has been great and very understanding. Jeff predicted what would happen both times I had used his knowledge.... he is a smart and very witty attorney. He will definitely have your opponent and their attorney jumping through hoops..... if he thinks your wrong he will tell you and advise you on things you should do. My kids had been taken from me by a vindictive ex wife. I trusted Jeff whole heartily and knew I would prevail in the end...... I can assure you Jeff wanted what was best for my kids and delivered big results..... he is a straight forward man and calls a spade a spade but he is also a very caring person as well...... he is and always will be my attorney of choice...... from my kids and myself a big thank you to you and your team........

I paid over $25,000 and didn’t see results. He was never very prepared and couldnt remember things I had discussed with him. Couldn’t even remember my kids names in court. He kept asking the same things over and over again. He messed up in court by not adding my two main witnesses as expert witnesses which made it so they couldn’t testify which destroyed my whole case....the only he said when it happened was “that’s my fault” but still made me paid $1000 to the witnesses for their time and about $1000 in His time in preparation and time in court for those witnesses. It was a joke. I also asked him to do a reconsideration on several items the judge messed up on after his judgement came back. These were mistakes that could have been proved by the court recordings but He only filed a reconsideration on one of the 5 times which ended up costing me time with my kids. My ex got more time with my kids because of his mistakes!!!!! He wouldn’t reimburse my money for his mistakes. Seemed like he was only for the money.
