Great attorney! He restored my faith in lawyers and handled both I and my family with care as if we were his own

I recently found myself In some trouble in Idaho falls, not knowing what attorney would be the best to hire for my case I can truly say making the decision to hire Mr. Cutler to represent me in my case was definitely the best decision I could have made. He got me a better deal on my case than I could’ve ever dreamed of. He is very professional about his work and does not leave you in the fog about anything, his work is nothing less than stellar! He is truly a knowledgeable and very respectable attorney, and very honest! Would highly recommend to anyone that has ran into any legal trouble in eastern Idaho.

I am very satisfied with Mr. Cutler and very glad that I hired him to defend me in my criminal case. I unfortunately have numerous felony convictions a long criminal history, and as a parolee Mr. Cutler fought for me and advocated for me in every way possible. While sitting in jail for only a few months (parole hold) for a new felony, I was released with a treatment program! I thought I would be going back to prison. During my incarceration John was always very responsive and easy to get ahold of. I never had unanswered questions and always felt like a priority. His secretaries are definitely knowledgeable, professional and polite. They we’re so helpful and always knew what was going on in my case even while John was away from his desk. Thank you Mr. Cutler! John Cutler did an outstanding job representing me in a recent DUI case in ID. John has a very thorough and in-depth knowledge of the law, procedures, processes and provided me with specific counsel and advice throughout the entire process. He worked very well with the court/prosecutor/dept. of transportation/judge and was able to negotiate the best outcome possible for me. He was very good about explaining each step of the process to me ahead of time, and had good counsel and recommendations. He is optimistic but also pragmatic. Most of all he has a kind, patient, non-judgmental and compassionate demeaner which is invaluable during such a difficult process. And Shauny, his assistant, is the glue that holds everything together. She is always prompt, responsive and on top of the entire process. She makes sure you are always informed and have all the documentation needed and helps you through the process of completing steps you need to take. John Cutler has been the absolute best lawyer I've EVER had! I have a very long criminal record, and he was able to not only get me the best deal possible. He had the court commending me on my success. I would happily use him again or refer him to family and friends .

After contacting several attorneys while looking for one to assist me I chose John because I appreciated his honest and soft spoken demeanor as well as his willingness to take the time to thoroughly explain my options to resolve my issue the best of which wound up being a rather novel process called Criminal Mediation.
