Lana from the child support division is the most rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, person I have ever had to deal with. If you are ever in a child support situation I suggest calling H&W and asking for a case worker, they helped answer all of my questions in one phone conversation that I was asking Lana for the past two months! It felt like a complete run around and i still couldnt get a direct answer to any of my questions.The only productive call I have had in this place was when I had spoken to a secretary when Lana wasn't in the office.
