The lawyer would text us questions and then get mad when we would text that same number back and say to call the office not the Number that initially texted which was rude and confusing and also just flat out sucked at communicating. I understand they are busy but aren’t they busy with our cases …

Never had a good experience here

Mr Bird has done an amazing job helping my son with getting a DUI reduced to reckless driving, no jail time, 1 year unsupervised probation and a small fine. And withheld judgement after a year. He really fought for us to get the best outcome. I would highly recommend Mr Bird to anyone needing a criminal lawyer.

Ron was unresponsive, negligent and a waste of money. I can’t say time because he didn’t spend a second on my case. If you are considering to have him represent you I would consider running as fast as you can in the opposite direction. A public defender will probably do better for you.

Bird Law helped me get out of a situation that I shouldn’t of been in. He can multi task well meaning he could be in court for somebody over zoom while also getting business done with me very impressed.

For context, I am a just-turned-17 year old driver holding a Washington State Intermediate (or graduate) License. I was driving non-stop from Florida back home to Seattle, WA. Two hours entering Idaho from Utah, I was tired and must not have noticed the speed limit changing from 80 to 65. I was pulled over by the Idaho State Trooper for going 88 in a 65 CONSTRUCTION ZONE. I panicked, never having been pulled over for any reason. Because I’m a 17 year old having a serious traffic infraction, I decided to search for a lawyer - insurance wouldn’t be too happy seeing the reckless offence I have made, and I’m also a student pilot flying, so that would cause some serious considerations by the FAA and the flight school I’m in. In short, it will strain my life for the next 10 years and will taint my driving record. I hired Attorney Ron Tyler after contacting many other lawyers and receiving no reply after I explained to them my situation. I was pulled over in a small county of Minidoka County, the nearest lawyer being in Twins Falls - about 1h30m drive away. During my consultation, Attorney Tyler did told me straight up that there is a low possibility of me dropping this case fully or even changing this citation to a non-moving violation (basically just a parking ticket; no effect to insurance rate) without bringing this trial. He offered me a price of around $650 (i forgot the exact number). I was skeptical because why would an attorney of 20+ years handling a difficult traffic case charge me for that much? I told him that I will get back to him, while searching for another attorneys that charge more (i thought more expensive = better quality). After like 10 no responses or “I can’t, sorry”, I hired Attorney Tyler. The process did took me quite a while. I receive the ticket on August 1, 2021 and recently finished the case a couple days ago, but he tried his absolute best fighting my case. He did try to negotiate the prosecutors but they offer a tiny reduction. After failed negotiations attempts, Attorney Tyler found a way TO DROP THE CASE ENTIRELY. I thought that it can’t be possible because he did told me from the start it’s near impossible to drop it because of the severity of the offence, but he assured me he found a way explaining to me his strategy. Following his advice, I told him to go for it as long as I don’t have to go trial for an absurd ticket. The week after, I receive an email from Jan, his secretary, forwarding a document from the court that my case was DISMISSED ENTIRELY. I sat looking at the email in awe and could not that Attorney Tyler did all of this! I want to thank him and his secretary Jan, who always updated me on texts and talked to me about how the processes work. You have saved my freedom basically and I promise myself that I would not speed 16 mph more especially in a construction zone in the middle of nowhere in Idaho!

Got my case DISMISSED ENTIRELY rt before closing time. He is an extremely friendly person and can get the job done ✅🙂 u can count on him to do it take it from me.
