In our opinion, the work on a will lacked the quality we were expecting, and the excuses were many when confronted with the errors.

I would recommend looking elsewhere, I had a very disappointing and frustrating case with Paul Rippel as my lawyer. What was a case where myself and the other party was in total agreement (just needed to go through the courts), took over a year and more than $6000 (he initially told me we could get this taken care of easily with a $1000 retainer)! I had numerous emails and calls go ignored, and the only time there was any movement forward to get this case wrapped up was when I contacted the other party who spoke with her lawyer. Then he blames the other party and takes no responsibility. There was no way he spent $6000 worth of time on my case. It was straightforward with all parties in agreement.

What a joke old and ignorant. Literally paid 3k retainer 4 months on a case and didn't do anything honestly. Beth and him will reel you along and never be straight forward with their answers. Absolutely unprofessional on how they handled my business. Easy straight forward custody modification i did all the work never even filed my paper work. Just mortified at the sheer laziness he exhibited. Surprised any firm would keep him on. if I could I would post my recorded phone calls with his assistant just comical and disappointing.

I hired Tracy to help me with my son's mother blowing off every court order that was given, Tracy does not answer the phone Tracy does not answer my emails respond back to my emails and this has been going on since June I have not spoken with my son Since Christmas Tracy has not filed anything I actually had to call Fremont County clerk accords to find out that I had the very last minute of that day a 7 day grace. To file with JJ white and they had it at tracy's office for over a week I'm doing everything myself Tracy does not answer my phone calls she does not answer my emails my text I am very disappointed and this is how it is in the state of Idaho if you are a male if you are a father And the children there's no Justice for fathers in this state none 16% of all these cases favor the female imagine it and this is Justice in the state of Idaho I'm sorry that is supposed to say only 16% of these cases favor the father in the state of Idaho as far as getting shared shared equal time with their children the state of Idaho is also known as a mother's state which means our court systems our States our attorneys are judges do not give equal Justice which is against the Constitution it is our God-given constitutional right tuitional right to be Equal parent as a father not in the state of Idaho which means we have the suckiest fathers or we have the success judicial system unequal unjustified we have the worst judges we have to wear some turnies and they keep doing the same thing over and over again which means that fathers are screwed no matter what and if you have a male child just think what they're going to go through what time For them to have children and they have a terrible wife you're a woman wife which means your son has already been screwed because he was born or had children in the state of Idaho!!!!!!!!!!!! Exclamation poi have to consider very much very much going to the bar association this is ridiculous this has been going on since June I have been spoken with my son till Christmas and Tracy never keeps her word with me and then she calls me up the other day since she's sick and starts talking at me instead of talking with me I have it all recorded I record every phone call

I had Dillion Erickson represent me for a custody case and I was not very impressed. I got railroaded in court he did nothing to represent me. He took several weeks to answer my emails. 9/10 time he was never available when I needed to talk to him. My child was being physically abused and would come back from his dads covered in bruises and mr. Erickson did nothing to help. He instead took the easy way out. My ex lied multiple times and I had police reports to prove this and he refused to enter any of this as evidence. In the end it cost me and I lost. When the final custody decision came out mr. Erickson told me that it’s not what I wanted, but I should find it in myself to accept it and it would take time. He did not explain the appeal process or tell me what I should do next. In my opinion mr Erickson is an over achiever and takes on too many cases. Also refuses to really fight for his clients. If you have a very complex custody case I would not recommend dillion Erickson.

I worked with Jedediah on tweaking an HOA project that he had previously put together. I tried probably 5+ times over the course of 2 months via email and phone to get a response. I finally switched to another local firm and had it done in 3 weeks. I understand you're busy (everyone is), but not returning calls or emails shows a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I will not be using him on future projects and do not recommend.

Non Prejudice, affordable and professional approach. Regardless of religion or gender, Tracy has your best interest in mind. Her assistant Stacey is amazing & Barb her scheduler, is also appropriately knowledgeable but will save certain legal questions for Tracy where advice is needed. Tracy is straight and to the point but didn’t make me feel rushed in our first meeting and I was able to give all the information needed. She asked important questions that were necessary to fully round my case that I hadn’t even considered. She’s fantastic & great at what she does! I have recommended her to many and will continue to do so.
