I would highly recommend James Browitt. Jim helped me on a water issue that turned from what we thought would be something simple to something more complicated. Throughout the entire process Jim kept me informed on a regular basis as to what the current issues were and talked through the various possible outcomes. He is very forthcoming as to costs involved with his services and is very fair in all of his dealings.

When James worked with me on my particular situation, I found him to be engaging and knowledgeable. While offering good counsel, he also took the time to listen and offer alternate suggestions for the betterment of my situation.
