I recently went thru the divorce process with Jeremy (Carr) as my attorney. For the entirety of the process Jeremy and the rest of the Clark and Feeney staff were amazing. They were proactive in submitting and responding to "counter offers" from my ex-husband and his attorney. My divorce was not quick, nor simple, and yet I have zero complaints about how Jeremy and Darla handled the situation. I didn't feel overcharged, manipulated, ignored, or cheated - I felt like they were absolutely vested in helping me achieve the best results I could hope for. Jeremy advocated in the best interests of both myself AND my children and made sure the divorce decree covered all our bases. While I hope to never need a lawyer again, I would hands down return to Clark and Feeney, Jeremy Carr, and his staff. I would also not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of representation.

I’ve worked with Clark and Feeney three times now, and each experience has been excellent. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with attorney Sam Harrich for a DUI case. From the start, it was clear this charge was completely unjust, and Sam handled it brilliantly. This was Sam’s first jury trial, but you’d never know it. He was exceptionally prepared, confident, and strategic throughout. He kept the defense on their toes, exposed significant flaws in the prosecution’s case, and made the lead police officer’s credibility crumble on the stand. I also want to mention how helpful his assistant, Courtney, was throughout the process. She was organized, communicative, and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. On top of their strong performance, the firm’s billing was transparent, and the case was completed for the agreed-upon amount—no surprises. Sam Harrich and the staff at Clark and Feeney, thank you so much!!

I do not recommend this firm. They are very expensive and do not work for you. They did absolutely nothing in my case and I settled it myself out of court but they felt the need to charge $3000. Then their billing department kept applying my payment to other people's accounts and then stopped sending me statements and bills. Be very cautious about this firm they are the worst kind of crooks.

After sending all of my information to this firm ahead of time, I met with a lawyer who was supposed to have been regularly engaged in dealing with Idaho traffic infractions. I was surprised to find that he didn't know what I was able to find with a ten second google search. I found another lawyer shortly thereafter who gave me great advice and I was able to engage him for a lot less money. I feel like had I moved forward with Clark and Feeney after my ten minute consultation, my disappointment would have grown exponentially.

Really bad group definitely wouldn’t go to them. They are only on the side they think they can get the most money from. They are rude never return your calls and they lie. No wonder they have such low ratings.

Better make sure your money is the right shade of green. These people don't even have the decency to return numerous calls and even an email for a follow up appt post-consultation. I called probably 4 times to get a follow up appt with the attorney with whom we had a consultation which cost $120 and nothing. Guess our case wasn't lucrative enough for them. If you can't or don't want to take the case just say so...I'll move on. As for the consultation appt, when we arrived we weren't on the book for the time we were told to be there. In fact it was 2 hours after. Then it was with the wrong attorney. So we ended waiting for about half an hour. Furthermore she took a call during our consultation.....on speaker phone no less!! Update 7/31. Just got a bill from them for a consult I paid for before I left the building THREE weeks ago! These people are a JOKE!

Save your money get a public defender. This firm is not worth the money.

i have been working with this firm for a little over a year going through the probate process after my fathers death. they have been absolutely outstanding. i have been able to trust them with keeping an eye on everything my stepmother does while I concentrate on other things in my life that need my attention. thanks Sam you have been a great help

I have mixed reviews, if your rich, a lawyer will get you what you want. If you don't have a circumstantial amount, you in turn do not get a circumstantial amount of help. Again, just my opinion, Clark & Feeney are well experienced and educated lawyers who get the job done.
