The Attorney who took our case was less then responsive to our questions and concerns. After we tried to hire another lawyer to take our case we found out that he had only been practicing law a short while, and must not have had a good mentor to help him. Several filings were late, and some very simple steps could have been taken to have the case dismissed, none of which were done even at our request. After weeks of not hearing from him, we got notice that he filed to be released from our case because we didn’t respond to him. We were very frustrated, and at times felt like we were being taken advantage of being that we aren’t from Idaho and had to wait for phone calls that took weeks to get. I would caution anyone who is thinking of choosing this law firm if you are out of state, or if English isn’t your first language. I’m hoping one of the owners sees this post and takes steps to help this young man out so no one else has to go through this mess again.
